All customizations are approved by you before they are made. We use "crayola crayon" colors to help you visualize exactly what you will receive.
We are a family-owned small business, and we love dogs! Especially Labs! We have adopted all 5 of our labs (over the years, not at one time) from Lab Rescue organizations. 3 of our labs came from Lab Rescue of the Potomac Club. To support their mission, and the countless of homeless labby's, Custom Creations by Nancy donates 10% of all profits to LRPC.

Unlike some people I have bought from, Nancy kept me in the loop on my cup THE ENTIRE PROCESS! Double checked colors, image placement, and how I felt about it. I am in love with my cup! I ordered mine and had it by the end of the week!

We are a small, family owned business. I have always been a "crafty" person and fell in love with making tumblers! Sublimation tumblers, in which special ink is infused onto special tumblers was my first love. Then I discovered making glitter epoxy tumblers! I also love making personalized tumblers, whether its pictures of your pets or family! Making drinkware that inspires you and makes you happy is definitely my jam!
I am a mother of 2 awesome girls who help with accounting and designs, and married 25 years to a super supportive husband! We have 2 dogs, one a black labby and a cute little mutt I inherited from my mother.
We love dogs, especially Lab's so much that we donate 10% of all profits to a Lab Rescue organization - Lab Rescue of the Potomac Club.
